Are Volkswagen Passats Reliable Cars?

I am considering buying a Volkswagen Passat, but I am concerned about their reliability. Can anyone who owns or has owned a Passat share their experience with me?

In my experience, the Volkswagen Passat has been a very reliable car. I've had mine for over 5 years and have had no major issues. I would definitely recommend it.
