Best affordable tires for a Volkswagen Passat?

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Passat and I'm looking for affordable and reliable tires. Can anyone recommend a specific brand or model that has worked well for them? I'm open to both all-season and winter options. Any advice is appreciated!
