How does the VW Tiguan handle on snow?

I live in an area with heavy snowfall and I'm considering purchasing a VW Tiguan. How does it perform in snowy conditions? Should I invest in winter tires or is the all-wheel drive sufficient?

I've been driving my Tiguan for 3 winters now and I have to say, it handles like a dream in the snow. I highly recommend investing in good quality winter tires for added traction and control.

I've driven both with and without winter tires on my Tiguan and I noticed a significant difference in handling and stability with the winter tires. However, the all-wheel drive on the Tiguan is also excellent in snowy conditions.

As someone who has lived in a snowy area their whole life, I can confidently say the Tiguan is one of the best SUVs I've driven in the snow. But to be extra safe, get winter tires for added peace of mind.
