Is the new Volkswagen Arteon worth the upgrade from the Passat?

I've been considering upgrading my Passat to the new Volkswagen Arteon. I've heard mixed reviews about it being a more luxurious version of the Passat or just a glorified version. Can anyone provide some insight?

In my opinion, the upgrade to the Arteon is definitely worth it. The Arteon offers a sleek and stylish design, a more powerful engine, and a more comfortable interior.

As an owner of both the Passat and the Arteon, I can confidently say that the Arteon is a significant upgrade. It has a more refined driving experience and plenty of high-tech features.

I recently test drove the Arteon and I have to say, it didn't impress me much. It still feels like a Passat with a fancy name and higher price tag. Stick with the Passat if it meets your needs.
