Is the Volkswagen Polo a reliable car for daily use?

I'm looking to buy a new car for my commute to work. I've heard mixed reviews about the Volkswagen Polo. Some say it's a reliable car, while others have had numerous issues with it. Can someone who owns a Polo give me some advice on whether or not it's worth buying?

I have been driving a Volkswagen Polo for the last 5 years and it has been absolutely reliable for my daily commute. It's a great car for city driving and I haven't had any major issues with it.

I would not recommend the Volkswagen Polo. I had constant problems with the engine and it was a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go for a different car.

I've owned a few different Volkswagen models and the Polo is by far the least reliable one. I would suggest looking at other options in the same price range.
