Is the Volkswagen T-Roc reliable for long drives?

I have been thinking about purchasing the Volkswagen T-Roc for my daily commute and occasional long drives. I want to make sure that it is a reliable car and won't break down in the middle of a long trip. Can someone with experience with this car give me some advice?
