Is the Volkswagen Tiguan good for family road trips?

I am thinking of purchasing a Volkswagen Tiguan for my family's upcoming road trip. Can anyone who has experience with this car tell me if it is suitable for long drives and has enough space for luggage?

I have taken my Volkswagen Tiguan on many road trips with my family and it has been great. Plenty of room for luggage and very comfortable for long drives.

I have a Volkswagen Tiguan and I have to say, it is perfect for family road trips. Spacious, comfortable and great on gas.

I have not taken mine on a road trip yet, but based on my daily use, I would say it would be great. Lots of space and very reliable.
