Is the Volkswagen Touareg a good car for families?

I am considering purchasing a Volkswagen Touareg for my family. I have heard mixed opinions on whether it is a suitable car for families. Can someone please share their experience with this car?

In my opinion, the Volkswagen Touareg is not the best car for families. I have found it to be quite cramped for seating, even for just my two kids. There are definitely other SUV options out there that are better suited for families.
