Is the Volkswagen Touareg a reliable car?

I'm considering buying a used Volkswagen Touareg, but I've heard mixed things about its reliability. Can anyone give me some advice?

I've had my Touareg for over 5 years now and haven't had any major issues. Just make sure to stay on top of regular maintenance.
