Is the Volkswagen Touareg reliable for off-road driving?

I am planning to take the Touareg on a trip through rugged terrain. Can it handle it with ease or should I be worried about its durability?

I have taken my Touareg on multiple off-road trips and it has never let me down. The all-wheel drive and rugged tires make it an excellent choice for off-road adventures.

I would recommend getting some additional upgrades for the Touareg if you plan on doing serious off-roading. A lift kit and skid plates will help protect the vehicle and improve its performance.

I've tried taking my Touareg off-road and it struggled in some areas. I would suggest looking into a different vehicle if serious off-roading is your main priority.
