Looking for the perfect compact SUV - any suggestions?

I am in the market for a compact SUV and have been researching various models. I am leaning towards the Volkswagen T-Roc, but I am open to other options. What are your recommendations and why?

I recently test drove the Volkswagen T-Roc and was impressed with its performance. However, I ultimately ended up choosing the Mazda CX-5 for its superior fuel efficiency and overall value.

I would suggest considering the Subaru Crosstrek. It may not have the same brand recognition as Volkswagen, but it has excellent safety ratings and a reliable all-wheel drive system.
