Should I buy a Volkswagen ID.3 or wait for the ID.4?

I'm in the market for an electric car and I'm considering the Volkswagen ID.3. However, I've heard that the ID.4 is coming out soon. Should I wait for the ID.4 or just buy the ID.3 now? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
