I am considering purchasing a Volkswagen Golf but I am not sure what model year to buy. Are there any specific years that have had a lot of issues? Would love to hear from current or previous owners.
ReplyIn my experience, I have found that the 2017 model year has been the most reliable for me. I haven't had any major issues and have been very happy with my Golf.
I would personally recommend going for a newer model year, like 2019 or 2020. The newer Golf's have better technology and advancements in safety features.
I've owned a few different years of Golfs and I've found that it really varies. Some years have been great, while others have had more problems. I would suggest doing some research on specific model years and their track record.
I have a 2016 Golf and it has been a nightmare with constant mechanical issues. I would suggest avoiding this year if possible.
