Which is better - Volkswagen Polo or Hyundai i20?

I am looking to buy a new hatchback and I'm stuck between the Volkswagen Polo and the Hyundai i20. Both seem to have similar features and pricing. Which one would you recommend and why?

I have personally owned both the Volkswagen Polo and the Hyundai i20, and I would highly recommend the Polo. It has a more solid build quality and better handling compared to the i20.

I work as a mechanic and have seen both the Polo and i20 from a technical standpoint. In my experience, the Polo has less frequent maintenance issues and is overall a more reliable car.

While both cars are great, I would suggest going for the Hyundai i20 if you care about fuel efficiency. It has a slightly better mileage and will save you money in the long run.
